Five Start Corporation realizes the importance of conservation of the clients’ personal information and follows the law of ”conservation of the personal information” in Japan.

In order for the client to use our services with security, we have set up a “privacy policy” and have educated all board members and employees for the following:

Five Start Corporation collects and uses personal information only for the purposes of offering our services to our clients and improving our lessons and additional services.

Five Start Corporation has set up a “Privacy Policy” and educated all board member and employees and to follow the procedures.

3.Using Private information

Five Start Corporation uses the private information only for the purposes of offering our services, to send our materials and to contact clients for necessary information by telephone, email or letter.

4. Cases for revealing private information

Except for the reasons cited below, Five Start Corporation will not reveal private information to any third party without seeking permission.

• In the case of national regulations.
• In the case of protecting a person’s life, body or property and in which case that it may be difficult to get the person’s agreement.
• In the case where it is necessary for Five Start Corporation to cooperate with the national government, local government, or government officials assigned to execute laws and regulations.

5. Deleting private information

Five Start Corporation deletes private information based on clients’ request to do so.
